Schumi Finishes 2nd In British Grand Prix
After qualifying third, Schumi managed to pass Kimi in the second round of pit stops to move into 2nd from 3rd. Alonso once again had the better car in this race. Massa finishes a solid 5th. In the early stages of the race, Schumi tried to pass Kimi so agressively that they almost hit each other, but it was really impressive to watch.

Lap Record For Schumi
Michael Schumacher this afternoon broke the unofficial lap record at Circuit de Catalunya with a best lap of 1:13.471s in his Bridgestone-shod Ferrari, eclipsing the previous best set last month by Jenson Button (1:13.522s). With Luca Badoer destroying his 248 F1, it was certainly a mixed day for the Ferrari team as they prepare for the British Grand Prix.
